Flow is a fiber art piece made out of hundreds of knots, a technique also known as macrame.
The design features clean lines, lots of texture and can be made using a great variety of colors.
On this page you can customize the design by choosing the size that fits perfectly in your space, as well as the colors that complement your interior.

Materials
- Wooden dowel
- Giza cotton rope (the natural / off-white base)
- 100% (recycled) cotton string
(the accent colors. Depending on the color it is either recycled cotton or 100% natural cotton.)
Lead time
The time needed to create this design is 4-8 weeks.
Sizing and design
The first step in customizing this piece is choosing the size, you can choose from the following options (width x height):
- 80 x 100 cm (31″ x 39″)
- 90 x 110 cm (35″ x 43″)
- 110 x 135 cm (43″ x 53″)
- 130 x 160 cm (51″ x 63″)
- 150 x 180 cm (59″ x 71″)
- 110 x 190 cm (43″ x 75″)
- 150 x 95 cm (59″ x 37″)
These sizes are approximate and may deviate slightly because of the natural materials used to create this piece.
The above dimensions reflect the size of the fiber art itself, the wooden dowel will add 10 cm (4″) to the total width.
The sketches show the rough lines of the design for portrait and landscape orientations.

Custom color palette
When creating a custom color palette you can choose up to 4 accent colors.
The base will be made with natural / off-white cotton rope and the accent colors will be used for the vertical stripes, the horizontal woven curve and the layer of fringe in the bottom right corner.
Before I start creating your art piece, I will send you a sketch with your chosen colors for approval.
