SHIPPING

I offer FREE worldwide shipping!

All orders will be shipped with UPS and typically have a 2-3 working days transit time. An email with the tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
Available pieces are packaged and sent out within one week of payment. Processing times for made to order items vary, please check the individual product descriptions.

Depending on your country or state, additional customs fees or taxes may apply, I am not responsible for any duties, import taxes or customs charges.

RETURNS

Due to the handmade and one of a kind nature of the work, all sales are final. I don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Your satisfaction with your order and experience is very important to me, so please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns and I will try to find a suitable solution.

Defects:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item an exchange or refund is possible. Please contact me immediately with clear images of both the item as well as the packaging, plus a description of the damage.. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Color variation will not be considered an acceptable reason for a refund or exchange. I take great care to accurately describe my work and slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings.

Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to me because the buyer provided the wrong address, has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt or refused to pay custom duties, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must (re)pay the shipping costs and customs duty/tax (if applicable) before the item can be shipped again.
